FRONT ROW SHOP city shorts | NEW LOOK culottes NELLY leather shorts | FOREVER 21 distressed shorts H&M colored shorts | ZALANDO skorts BUY Bermuda / City shorts (just above the knee) When I wear these shorts, I get a lot of “What the hell is she wearing?!” looks. Appearently this male trend takes some getting used to. But I like wearing manly items so spice up an outfit. I’m very pro city shorts! Culottes (below the knee) Again with the knees. It’s official, short shorts are a no-go, we’ll be working the long shorts this season. You might put culottes in the trousers section. Yes, they’re quite long, but they should be below the knee and not just above the ankle. I say they’re shorts. Fabulous shorts, I love them. KEEP Distressed Shorts Can you ever go wrong with distressed? I’m so happy this trend keeps on being trendy. A distressed short makes any basic outfit (which a summer outfit often is) a bit more edgy. I like them best when they’re high waisted, oversized and curled-up. Think Levi’s shorts. Oversized Leather Shorts I love leather and I love oversized. If this the oversized leather shorts weren't still trendy, I’d wear them anyway! DESTOY Skorts Last years Zara skort trend caused hate for skorts for me. I’m so over it, no skorts for me this year. Especially not the assymetric skort. Any one interested in my Zara skort?! ;-) Colored hotpants Appearently they were spotted at Coachella, but I think hotpants are a no-go. Especially colored ones. And I told you, it’s al about long short. I’m not gonna fight and neither will my cellulite ;-) Bermuda :Shorts at Shopbop Current/Elliott Shorts Free People Shorts

Pictures via Pinterest Some of you told me you would love to see some more interior inspiration on my blog. I love to search for some good interior pictures and to get an overload of inspiration for my own home, so here are some ideas I want to share with you: 1. This cute 'Mini Jack' is intended as a doorstop or to put on your magazines, but you can also just use it as decoration. I think it's just a cool shape & color and it definitely makes your interior more interesting. 2. Buy a big clear vase and put some nice big flowers in it. It's beautiful for on your dining table. I saw this picture and recognized the flowers.. I just got them in my garden. I think it's a great idea to look into your garden and check if you can use some nice flowers to make a nice bouquet with them. 3. The bottles from L:A Bruket look so nice that they definitely give your bathroom that little extra. Btw, how wonderful is this bathroom?! 4. Looking for some storage for your makeup and/or jewelry? Take a look at Muji and you'll find the most amazing boxes for a little price :) 5. Another flower tip: In spring I like to put some small vases together and put just one or two flowers in each vase. It looks super fresh and doesn't have to be expensive. These H&M vases are only 2 euros, but you can also find some nice vases for only 1 euro at Ikea. 6. The vases again, but then with flowers. Do you like it? 7. Great if you have an office or a room to study or something: Buy some clipboards and attach them to your wall above your desk. You can put some notes or inspiration pictures on the clipboards what looks quite cool! Another easy thing to do: Just buy some cool tape and tape the pictures/notes on your wall. 8. Green plants! They fit with every interior and give your home a fresh look. I love big ones with big leaves. But look at this picture, I love the idea :) Just put a big leave in a small vase, it looks amazing!

When I wore this, I wasn't feeling so good, as you can probably tell from my pale skin and my can't be bothered hair. And so, comfy was definitely a word that sprung to mind, when I was getting dressed that day (though to be fair comfy is a word that usually springs to mind regardless) Jogger trousers like these are perfect for those days, they are very comfy and yet still look relatively smart. These platform brogues also reflect those qualities. An orange loose fitting knit, to brighten things up and because I always love how orange and grey look together, I think the two colours compliment very well. I finished off with light yet warm jacket and then my go-to navy scarf. The scarf is just to damn cosy to resist, I can't bare of the thought of being parted with it once summer hits! Though, maybe i'll use it as shawl to keep the chill off on the beautiful summer evenings we have to look forward to. Working has become the new 'it' thing - or at least, a stylish desk has. We're not sure we'd get much work done looking at these inspiring offices spaces, but we definitely wouldn't be complaining. The secrets of a chic desk? Lots of greens, lots of quotes and a LOT of coffee.
Sometimes life can hand you amazing opportunities. The past week my ‘office’ was the Brazilian beach along the coast of Pipa. My professional mission? Find the best spots to sleep, eat, drink & get a tan. My personal mission: a new bikini. In bikini heaven it mustn’t be that hard to find, I thought. Well. It was. Because finding a bikini in Brasil is more about finding body confidence. Every single one I tried, was so small (especially the bikini briefs) that you need to be extremely comfortable in your own skin, because hey: you’re gonna show that butt. Statement enough to turn heads, modest enough to keep the class. How perfect is this look spotted outside the Issey Miyake Paris Fashion Week show? The subtelty in colour seems so enchanting, we were sat in the office staring at it for quite some time just taking it all in. 'Statement' is a word I hate when referring to fashions, as I feel it doesn't give the individual the credit they deserve for even wearing such a style - it's all about that piece of clothing. After all, fashion is the clothing, style is what you do with it. But in this instance, it just works. We salute you! For the Queen of Kaeidoscopics, look to Mary Katrantzou for inspiration.
We're sure you've already heard of this stylish lady, but if not we're going to get you up to speed with Ivelina - also known as Frichic. Her Instagram is filled with her daily outfits and a whole bunch of interior inspiration. Is it any wonder why we love her so much?
photo credit | jake amrstrong THERE really is no place like home - which is where I'll be for the next two weeks. I've had my first proper night's sleep in months (no thanks to my neighbours back in London) and woke up to a bed filled with cats. My own, of course - although all are welcome. This afternoon I've decided to leave my desk for a bit of fresh Cornish air, soon to be followed by a trip to le boyfriend's (who I haven't seen for nearly a month!) and a big all you can eat Chinese meal with his family. Not a bad day at all if you ask me. I wish I had something overly interesting and groundbreaking to say in this blog post, but since I've been asleep for the past eighteen hours not much has really happened. Instead, I'll leave you with yet another outfit featuring me in a dress. TRIWA Sort of Black Gold watch via 10:35 Horlogeboetiek I'm not a 'gold' person normally, more a 'silver one', but I got a weakness for gold watches, especially big ones in a basic black/white outfit. I already got a silver and rose golden watch and now it was definitely time for a gold one and I think I found the perfect one! Lately I'm in love with this kind of wristband and I think the simplicity of the watch is perfection. Nice fact: The watch is a collaboration between Triwa and Danish designer Rasmus Storm, who seriously makes some cool stuff!
So there we were, sat in the office on a sunny Wednesday morning going over what's currently trending worldwide when what should be stumble upon but Lana Del Rey's leaked teaser vid for her new song West Coast, recently premiered at Coachella. Being 20-something women, our first reaction (after cooing over her amazing biker chick leather) was to swoon over the long haired stallion alongside her in the video; watch it below before reading on so we're on the same page.. right? Pretty hot! So, what should we find when we google search more on Bradley Soileau... more mew-worthy photos to swoon over? Well, that's what we expected too. Much to our dismay (and soon to our embarrassment) there we were, bombarded with 'Marilyn Manson-esque swag' and a kind of creepy imagery. We've taken the time to curate for you, our lovely readers, the best of Bradley's prettier portfolio, and we beg you not to submerse yourselves into a google image search yourselves.. or you may feel a bit silly like us. Anyway, we kind of like him. Our guilty pleasure. HOT
