Advertorial WAREHOUSE leather jacket / UNKNOWN denim shirt / ASOS jeans / ZARA chain boots Probably you all know the brand Warehouse. They got a lot of great items in their new Spring/Summer 2014 collection & they decided to do a campaign with 'Fashion Shooters'. Therefore they asked me and some other bloggers to create a look with one of their key items. I've chosen for this super soft leather jacket, seriously it feels so good! I still love leather, in winter and summer, I don't care, I just wear it all seasons ;) With a leather jacket you can never go wrong, right? Now a little more about the 'Fashion Shooters' campaign: I think fashion shooter sounds quite familiar for all of us fashion ladies ;) Everyone is taking pictures with their phones and camera's and share them on their blog, instagram, facebook and all the other social media platforms. It's quite a 'thing' and Warehouse wanted to play with that. The campaign is all about sharing your favorite lifestyle places, your favorite fashion and so on. So that's what I did.. I went to the centre of Maastricht and took a lot of pictures of my favorite spaces and places. I live in Maastricht for 1 year now and actually it was quite fun and interesting to make some pictures of the things I love of Maastricht. Now the fun thing: Warehouse has created a Fashion Shooters festival where anyone can come for a day full of fashion and photography. It's in London, but when you're they or if you live there you should definitely go! You can sign up here! FASHION SHOOTER FESTIVAL The Loading Bay, 91 Brick Lane, London E1 6SB Saturday 22nd March

SPRING is in the air.. I can feel it! We're having great weather at the moment, the sun is out and all I want to wear are pastels and whites! I can't wait for those longer days, hanging out in the park with friends and wandering around the city after work when it's not dark and cold anymore. Bought the boyfriend jeans last weekend and wanted to wear it straight away, I combined it with my bright pink jumper and favorite pink coat! Yes I think Pink! Happy Friday!! photo credit | jake armstrong THE SUN has been out for the past three days now - I think that must be a new record. To celebrate, I decided to throw on one of my first dresses of the year in the form of this Abercrombie long sleeve that arrived a few days ago. Remember my last wardrobe adventure with A+F jeans? Turns out they also make some great quality, nicely priced dresses too - with a very flattering fit if I do say so myself. There were so many choices on the site (jersey, lace, knit - you name it) that I wound up choosing a few other pieces to help me settle into spring too, including a light-wash denim shirt and woven shift dress. Not a piece of leather or black in sight ladies and gentlemen. Which begs the question: am I finally becoming the girly girl my grandmother always wanted me to be? Probably not. The legs might be out but the messy hair and biker jackets will never leave me - even in this scorching English heat. E&E shades Spring is in the air already (here in The Netherlands though) so it's time for new sunglasses! As you might know I got a weakness for great shades and here are my new favorites already :) Love the cateye shape and the lovely stone print! Actually I love all E&E shades, you should really check them if you're looking for some new ones for this summer. For now I'm off to work and of course I'm gonna wear these shades in this lovely weather! xo
advertorial photo credit Jamie Snoeck [ENGLISH] I did mentioned it before. Fact is denim is hotter than hot and quickly has become one of the leading trends of 2014. Remember back in the days wearing denim on denim was commiting a serious fashion crime? Not any more. Bloggers like Man Repeller's Leandra Medine pioneered the denim look and now everybody wants a piece of it. Fashion in 2014 is all about the laid back vibe and what better to express this current state of mind with a denim rendezvous. In this limelight C&A in collaboration with Grazia magazine asked me to create my own denim-on-denim look with four items from their denim collection: a striped blazer, a denim shirt, one boyfriend jeans and a white bleached jacket. Because I do like denim to be nonchalant I've styled it together as follow. Oh and a tip from my side: afraid your look is turning in to a denim uniform? Wrap a shirt or jacket around your waist. Like I did. You can find my collaboration with C&A in this week's Grazia Magazine. In stores now. Total look incl. accessories powerd by C&A Denim blouse €14,90, colbert €39,90, faded boyfriendjeans €19,90, wit spijkerjack (€29,90), faux leren officebag (€19,90), pumps (€39,90), zonnebril (€4,90) en een armband (€7,95), Alles van C&A

COMBINING a soft and delicate material like lace in this case, with a tough oversized denim jacket is exactly how I like to combine a ladylike piece of clothing like this skirt. Tough vs Chic, I always try to find some sort of contradiction. I think it makes an outfit so much more interesting! Leila Yavari is not your average street style star. Being the fashion director of Stylebop (Germany's answer to net-a-porter.com) Leila has a Masters degree from Berkely and an impressive wardrobe to match. The political science student turned model took on the role of style director at Stylebop in 2010 where she keeps her eyes peeled for up-and-comers till this days on. Few of her favorite designers du jour are Fausto Puglisi and Damir Doma. Sneakers, ballerina's and brogues her guilty pleasure (waking up every morning at 5AM, Leila sure has an intolerance for heels). We love this lady!
This Fall/Winter we are going to do all our groceries in the Chanel grocerie store, wearing Chanel sneakers with Chanel scrunchies and carrying a Chanel basket picking out our Chanel produce. How about that?
photo credit | personal IT MIGHT be a little too early in the year to start prepping for summer, but moisture and humidity is definitely upon us. Over the past few weeks I've been trying out the new Free From Frizz products that guarantee - as you might have guessed - frizz-free hair. The verdict is in: I love it. Whilst I'm hardly repping an afro in my day to day life I've always found that my hair can get really affected by the warm, wet weather that England is so prone to having. I start the day with sleek hair and come home each evening to find a bird nest settled on my head, which quite frankly isn't my best look. in just easy one application, Free From Frizz had my hair smelling of Mango and feeling softer than ever, without the use of any harsh chemicals - an added bonus for someone that has hair-change-aphobia (which would explain the haircut I've been sporting for the past four years). To put it bluntly - this stuff is a miracle in a bottle. Over the past few weeks I've noticed my hair is so much easier to manage, has less fly-away hairs and doesn't flip out whenever there's moisture in the air. The fact that I can finally get a brush through it is probably a good thing too. The treatment costs just £14.99, is available in two different scents (one for Fine/Normal hair) and only needs to be used every six weeks or so, depending on your hair type. Fellow Brits can find it in Boots stores, but you can also buy it online here. Now, someone tell me how great my hair looks, will you? pictured SIX WEEK BLOW OUT FOR THICK/COARSE HAIR | Free From Frizz Follow me on: Bloglovin | Facebook | Tumblr | Twitter | Instagram | Pinterest | Lookbook | Stylight | Shop
MY current 5 favorites, the usual you know, flowers, candles and pretty jewelry. 1. Found a cute way to organize my ring collection, found the little jar at H&M Home 2. Pretty Pink Roses always make me happy especially in this cute little vase I bought last weekend at H&M Home. 3. This candle by Capri Blue is seriously amazing, it lasts so long and it smells soooo good. I f you burn it for 1 hour the whole appartment smells like Peonies. Found it at Soap Treatment Store! 4. Believe it or not but a nice Green smoothie in the morning is a favorite of mine as well, my boyfriend is a smoothie king and this morning he used: 3 Oranges, 1 Banana, handfull of Spinach, 1,5 Lemon and 2 carrots. It's really sweet, you can't taste the Spinach! 5. Something I also found at H&M are the cute gold pearl rings, they match perfectly with my new Zara choker! What is your favorite at the moment? It can be anything, food, fashion or beauty. Tell me, I'm curious ;-) Have a nice day!! FOLLOW BILLIE ROSE ON BLOGLOVIN // FACEBOOK // TWITTER // INSTAGRAM

I dug out this old Ralph Lauren knit of mine back along. It's another piece i've always loved but struggled to style and wear it in way that felt original and relevant to my current style. Finally it came to me and I went with a classic meets sporty vibe. I hope now i've broken the barrier that was stopping me before, that new ideas and inspiration for this knit will follow. So, i'm back from my time in Paris and it was certainly a memorable one but more on that soon! Hope everyone is well! WITH Paris Fashion Week (and Fashion Month in general) coming to a close, we've decided to pick out five of our favourite shows from the past few days. In true Creators' form we've all fallen in love with the oversized coats and monochromatic 'colours'. Let us know your favourites in the comments below.
COSTES deep v neck A couple of weeks ago I found a wonderful editorial with this white deep V sweater. Didn't know what the brand of the sweater was, but started searching and found the brand: it was from Rag & Bone. Like 1 day later I found almost the same sweater at Costes, but then for the budget price of 50 euros :) It's almost the same, only the collar in the neck is a bit different. A perfect budget tip if you ask me ;)
Image source: Harpers Bazaar LET'S face it - there's no street style quite like Paris streetstyle. The topic of today is simple: We pick five of the most envy-inducing snaps from PFW so far and put them online for the world to see. Which is your favourite look?
A recap of my outfits of February. Do you have a favorite? I think mine is the one with the mintgreen crop top, but I also really like one of my latest looks: the one with the Nike top. Curious what your favorite is and why, tell me! :)
Here at CofD HQ we've all fallen in love with the Damir Doma show - that khaki structured shirt? Perfection. Which is your favourite look from the collection?
